Game Night

Amy made me go to this Game Night that the UP Team hosted tonight at the Student Union. I don't remember what the UP Team does, but it was fun. We played life-sized Sorry!, Family Feud, Jeopardy, and Win, Lose, or Draw. Our team got second (and first) in Sorry! because one of the members from the first place team joined us after her group left her, so we got their points, too. Then we got first in Jeopardy 'cause we got the two 1,000 questions right, and then 2nd in the other 2 events. So we came out with a total of 120 points for the whole night.

At the end of the night, they tallied up the scores, and prizes were given. We tied for first place with another team, and I don't think we even played against that team in any of the events, but oh well. So, each of the first place teams got $100, and since there were four of us on my team, we each got $25! It was so much fun. I only wanted to play Sorry! which was a little confusing at the beginning, anyway, but oh well, we got the hang of it.

Also, they gave out TONS of candy, and I think perhaps I should not eat any more of it lol 'cause I'll probably make myself sick.

Wes called me today to wish me a happy birthday since he and Darrell are going camping this weekend and there's a good chance he won't get to call me ON my birthday, so that was really sweet of him. I had to send him my address so he could send me a card or something, which is fair, 'cause I didn't get him anything for his birthday, except I flew out to see him. Drats. Maybe that's what he's doing...a suprise trip to South Dakota. That'd be so cool.

Anyway, I have to get to doing homework, making outlines, and all that good stuff. *Gag me*

G'night!
